Shipping
Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide using trusted couriers. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:

Prints and standard items: 5–15 business days

Original artworks or large canvases: may take longer due to custom-made protective packaging
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control are not our responsibility.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
Shipping Issues, Damage & Loss
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

You must provide clear photos of:

the damaged item
-
the packaging
-
the shipping box (inside and outside)

Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or a refund (not both). We may request the damaged item to be returned before processing the claim.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier:

Refunds are limited to the value paid for the item and shipping
Returns & Refunds
No Returns for Taste or Preference
We do not accept returns or refunds if:

you change your mind

you do not like the artwork

the piece does not match your personal expectations
All artworks are sold as artistic creations, and variations in color, texture, or finish are normal.
Custom & Commissioned Works
Custom-made or commissioned works (including originals, special editions, or custom-sized pieces) are non-refundable, except in cases of verified damage or loss.
Returned custom items, once inspected, will not be resold and may be discarded.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and may take several business days.
